Return Policy

Returns are only authorized if the order received by the customer does not match the order placed by the customer. You must contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the order arriving at the shipping address.

The customer must then ship the order to JackRabbit Clothing (address will be provided via email) at his or her own expense. Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, then the refund will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the product(s). A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Only the cost of the product will be refunded as shipping costs have already been expensed.

We also reserve the right to cancel and refund any purchase within 48 hours of a customer placing the order.
